I L-O-V-E this list! Sometimes it's challenging to be self-motivated, so being able to refer back to these 10 traits is extremely helpful! Although, I must say that it also helps to have a network of such extraordinary women who believe in you when you sometimes have a hard time believing in yourself! :)

This list is awesome! One thing that stood out for me was #9 (striving for health in all areas of life) because in the past I did not have balance in my efforts for health. I would focus on the areas I was already strong in and ignore the rest. I'm excited about becoming more well-rounded. For example, I have been exercising 5x a week, something I never would have imagined possible just a few years ago! It makes me feel so much stronger and I find myself counting my blessings more and more often!

I love this list!! I especially love number 5, Being humble. I was always told, it's not the destination that keeps us going, it's the journey along the way. And being humble along this journey allows me to enjoy every minute of it, especially the bad moments because that's where the true diamonds surface. I've learned to love life and all that it brings from simply being humbled. SB
